Shipping costs are non-adjustable and non-refundable. They comprise of shipping & handling costs. This means they include the costs of the packaging, getting to the post office, & the actual shipping costs charged at the post office. We ship with Canada Post!
Unfortunately due to a few bad eBuyers we will no longer be offering untracked Shipping. We are sorry for all our customers who do not deserve this new stipulation, however we cannot afford false claims. We will not win against a claim WITHOUT a tracking number. Our shipping costs are NOT excessive (they were decided by Canada Post) & combined discounts are offered. The 1st additional item is only $3 and the following items will be $1; win 5 items or more and combined shipping is FREE. For Canadians: Do not checkout with Ontarios shipping rate if you are not located in Ontario!

Return Policy:
We accurately describe our ads. If you have additional questions please ask before bidding. Some pictures may be generic, so please read the description. Returns will not be accepted on the basis of a generic photo. Returns will be accepted if not accurately described and must be returned in EXACT condition received. Returns will be thoroughly inspected upon return. Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee& will not include shipping costs. If your reason for return does not meet the return policies requirements, we may accept the return, but these returns will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted if returned within 3 days.

All Canadian will be charged tax; GST and/or PST where applicable. When the HST policy comes into effect all Canadians will be charged HST. If you pay before GST and/or PST is added to your invoice your payment will be refunded and you will be issued a proper invoice for full payment required.
